Pluses are the area location is close to so much.
No problems with noise and loved having door keypads to lock all out Minuses- mice mice mice
Parking is a mess and car always has dents due to people playing bumper cars
Elevator never works Only two washer dryers for whole building is awful
Loved the old staff but the new ones take too long to respond to anything
